What is our Minimum and Maximum Stays?

Minimum Stay: 2 nights

How do you accept Damage Deposit?

What are the Rules and Regulations?

We are subject to the Strata By-Laws in the block of apartments and as such, all guests are subject to those same rules and regulations including no smoking, being fully clothed when in common areas of the building, entering and exiting quietly and respecting the enjoyment of others who share the building by keeping noise levels down.

How can I book if I don’t see a calendar?

We are located on multiple channels and synchronized calendars on our Airbnb, Stayz, Expedia and Booking.com calendars.  Of course our rates differ and booking through us will always be the best rates even on their respective promotions. 
So simply contact us on the website form and we shall get back to you as soon as possible.

When we agree to accept your booking, an invoice will be issued to you.   A payment plan is also available.  

My plans are not confirmed and only have an idea of the dates and numbers of guests- can I cancel?

We offer free cancellation 24 hours of check in.  Notification can be made by phoning the reception direct or informing us on by email: escapesydneystays@gmail.com

We would like to extend our stay, what should we do?

To extend your stay, we require 24 hours notice and we will forward you an invoice for payment. If you prefer, our host can come by to accept your credit card payment.

Our flight arrives at 10.00 pm, can we check in late?

We offer a contactless check-in and instructions and even frame by frame instructions will be provided closer to your stay.   As we are nearby, we will also be happy to meet with you and show you around if you make a request.  Your receptionist / host on duty can be available to assist you.

My plane arrives at 6.00 am and I need to check in early

Normal check in is 3.00 pm however if we can accommodate with an earlier check you may request if available at a half-day fee charge.  We sometimes  allow you to stow your luggage and then you are free to go enjoy yourself for the day till normal check in or when the apartment becomes available.  

I want to check out at 7.00 pm, is there a fee?

For later check out, we would like to be notified by phone to the reception/host on duty overnight as our cleaners may have already been scheduled.  We would like to accommodate you if it is possible.  We charge $120 for later check outs.

I am travelling with young children and need a portable cot and high chair

We welcome infants in our property and their stay is complementary.  Request the portable cot and high chair early.  Linen will be provided.  As this provided free, you must set up and wipe down and put away before you leave otherwise we will have to charge you $50 for this service.   

What does your fully functional laundry contain?

A front loader washing machine, a dryer, drying rack, pegs, bucket, washing powder,  wash basket and a wash tub.

What does your fully functional kitchen contain?

Gas top stove, large 55 litre 2 door fridge freezer, double drawer dishwasher, microwave, coffee making facilities, sandwich maker, air fryer, all pots, fry pans, dish set for 4-8 persons and glass sets, wine glasses, drinking glasses and cutlery and cooking implements.

I lost the keys, who do I contact?

We are happy to come by to open dooors and provide replacement keys – contact our receptionist /host on duty.  The lost fob and keys are expensive to replace and we charge a replacement fee cost.
