A premium garden apartment features 3 bedrooms with Queen beds and overhead ceiling fans in each room, a spacious air-conditioned lounge and dining area, fully functional kitchen and laundry, unlimited WiFi internet, 55″ Smart TV, a full-sized bathroom with bathtub and a shower bathroom, a desk for getting work done, 2 furnished outdoor balconies and a complimentary secure car space.  Extra king single trundle for your extra guests.

Guest access

24-hour access after collecting the key from mailbox left open for you, secured building with cameras for your safety and 1 secure car space allocated for the duration of your stay.

The included car space is for vehicles only (no storage of other items), with a 2m height restriction.

Apart from the included free car space, there are limited visitor car spaces in the garage. On-street ticket (paid) parking from 9 AM-6 PM and available for free after 6 PM unless there are some events.

Kindly appreciate that permanent residents live within this building and respect their space (parties, excessive noise, no smoking even on the balcony and untoward behaviour not acceptable).

Host Access: from time to time, access may be required for minor maintenance (e.g. changing light globes), small urgent or scheduled repairs (not more than 1 hr) mostly beyond the control of the host – entry will be requested from you under those circumstances otherwise we will not enter the space during your stay.

WIFI is offered free to guests however sometimes if the internet is down for whatever reason which is beyond the host’s fault, we will make all reasonable endeavours to get it up and running once you inform us. DO NOT get upset if this happens or in turn gives me a bad review.

Early check-in (incurs a half-day fee) and only possible if we do not have an overlap of guests checking out that morning – you may request to stow luggage for free however we can’t let you make yourself at home there whilst our presentation team are still working to the ready apartment. Late checkouts incur a half-day fee. Request this early and based on availability.
